I had a great stay! The location was super handy for exploring, and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. Only downside was the small bathroom, but overall, totally worth it for a cozy and modern vibe.

Clean rooms with convenient automated check-in.
I was frustrated finding the hotel. The route from the bus station was confusing, leading me to take a longer path. Upon arrival, the absence of staff after the afternoon felt unsettling. The emergency exit light in the room was constantly visible and very distracting at night.

The facilities, and size of the apartment were perfect - much better than expected. The location was absolutely ideal - only a 15 minute walk to both beaches and about a 10 minute walk to the old town and the bars and restaurants.

I loved the small but well-maintained room that had comfortable large beds and a lovely view of the courtyard. It felt utterly quiet, so I could relax easily. The bathroom impressed me with a spacious shower that worked perfectly. I appreciated the easy check-in process using access codes and enjoyed free coffee offered in the lobby. I ran into an issue when I was assigned a room code for an already occupied room, which left me feeling quite unsettled. It took a while to reach someone for help since staff isn't available after 2 pm. More communication about this would enhance the experience for solo travelers, especially for safety concerns. Aside from that hiccup, I enjoyed the location being close to the old town and found the experience worth the value.

The apartment was well appointed and main bedroom and bathroom of a good standard. An easy walk from the old town.
The second bedroom too small for twin beds, and second bathroom cramped.

We enjoyed the location, within a short walk to everything we wanted to do in San Sebastian, including close to the station. The apartmnet was very clean and modern and was well equipped to cook and entertain. The staff were helpful and friendly.
It would have been more easily accessible if we had received 2 room keys.

The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Zurriola beach. The rooms were super clean, with large bathrooms and great showers. The staff was helpful, even storing our luggage after checkout. Plus, the free coffee and muffins in the foyer were a good bonus.
Only minor issue was the constant visibility of the emergency exit light at night.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the ocean, old town and beaches and the supermarket and general walking directions. Had the superior queen room and it was good sized and airy with comfortable bed.

A very pleasant, comfortable, very quiet and private apartment overlooking an inner courtyard. The room was fully serviced every day so it was just like being in a hotel suite with a separate bedroom and cooking/eating facilities. Everything was clean and brand new. The room had air conditioning but we didn't need it.
The 'fully equipped kitchen' did, indeed have most of what you need, including a small washing machine! For UK visitors, it was a surprise not to have a kettle. And, as ever, you need to be inventive as to where you hang your beach towels etc. to dry!

The location was excellent, just a short walk from several wonderful restaurants, shops, and Zurriola beach. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, and the lovely touch of free coffee and muffins was good.
Minor noise from doors.

It was generally quite good, bed was comfortable, facilities were nice and very modern.
There was not basic items provided like, cutlery, plates, pots, kettle etc.. There is a wine opener and four glasses, but that's it. The point of staying in an aprtment is so you can be a little independant. There is nice little stove top and microwave, but as a normal prictice in apartments, some basic items are provided.

Booked it for our trip and had a really nice stay here. Little hotel, fairly clean, knowledgeable staff, location close to the beach was unbeatable! Location: the property was really close to beaches, old town, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus station.
